Led end-to-end Design for Scoop, a 0-to-1 initiative aimed at demystifying pay equity in the workplace. An employee-only total compensation experience. Different from the rest of Glassdoor, only verified users of a company are able to access their companies compensation portal.

Redesigned Instacart’s Search null state. By improving the hierarchy and visual design with cleaner, denser suggestions and a more prominent destination for prompts we made this surface much easier to parse and ultimately more efficient and inspiring.
