A mobile application for businesses in the restaurant and hospitality industry to simply manage their workforce, scheduling, and time-off requests.
My Contribution
I specifically worked on shifts, helping improve the lives of everyone working in a restaurant. From simplifying the way someone swaps a shift, to requesting time off, or how a manager uploads a schedule and keeps track of the everyday changes in a schedule. I spent my time conducting market research, journey mapping, wire framing, usability testing, prototyping, and evolving our system design. I worked directly with Product Managers and Engineers to prioritize, brainstorm, and deliver pixel perfect user experiences.
